By booking travel services through Azira Travel Group LLC, clients agree to the agency's travel policies including deposit requirements, supplier terms, and travel responsibilities. Deposits of $500 per traveler may be required and are not refundable under most circumstances. Additional supplier cancellation policies may apply.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@aziratravel.com.
Deposits are not refundable under most circumstances. Limited exceptions may apply depending on supplier policies, the timing of cancellation, or other contractual obligations. For questions regarding potential deposit exceptions, please contact ap@aziratravel.com.
Once payments have been made to airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel suppliers on your behalf, any applicable supplier cancellation penalties will apply. Refunds, if available, will be processed only after funds are received from the applicable supplier(s).
Azira Travel Group LLC strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, interruptions, or other covered travel-related losses.
